Peninsulas’ Architectural Series pays tribute to the state of Michigan's unique mixture of urban and rural landmarks.

Second in the series is our tribute to the Mighty Mackinac Bridge. Completed in 1959, it is one of the longest suspension bridges in the world. Standing guard over the Straits of Mackinac and linking Michigan's lower and upper peninsulas, the Mackinac Bridge is one of the most recognizable icons of the Great Lakes State.
